- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆We have stayed at this holiday park for several years, our grandchildren absolutely love it. It is a well maintained and family orientated site. However, on a recent stay the residents/pub car park is now managed by Smart Parking. We followed the instructions, gave details of our name, length of stay and car registration number etc..., in at the office at the Morton Arms. On our return home we have so far received three Smart parking parking charges, which we now have the hassle of trying to get overturned. The same thing has also happened to our daughter. So while the Holiday Park etc are fab, do not be surprised if on your return home the parking charges start arriving. Add them up, plus the price of your stay and you probably could have gone abroad. There is definitely some lack of communication between the land owner (the Morton Arms), and their parking agent, Which is very sad as we love the site, but as it stands we will not be returning. We would have given a higher rating but for the car parking debacle. But in fairness we cannot fault the site itself.By Admin, November 21, 2020
